The 4 other men in my life...

IT'S TRUE! Just don't tell the hubby 

The below 4 men have been a very important part of my life in the last few months, helping me to learn, teach and change my life and others for the better.  It might sound cliched but I really do mean it! But as I said just don't tell the old man, as I think he'd be a little jealous!

SCOTT LEWIS - Chief Visionary Officer, Jeunesse Global

Scott has literally grown up in the business.  Exposed to multi-level marketing when he attended his first industry event at ten, he then gained a great deal of experience working for a multi-level marketing support service company owned by Randy and Wendy. This gave Scott the ability to recognize existing and emerging market trends as well as operational strengths and weaknesses in the industry. Jeunesse is more than just business to Scott, it’s family;  his vision is not only to maintain this standard, but to 'elevate it so that it permeates every facet of the Jeunesse identity and culture'. 

Scott is very much a hands on guy, regularly travelling with his wife Isabel to support distributors and attend corporate events.  He regularly posts on social media and is ever present with regular webinars to keep us fully informed of exactly what is going on in the business.  I find Scott's presence infectious, his vision exciting; I challenge anyone to watch one of his webinars and not feel inspired at the end of it, he has a real passion and has the ability to make you know that you can make a difference, we all can!

VINCENT GIAMPAPA M.D F.A.C.S - Medical Advisor, Jeunesse Global

Vincent Giampapa, or Dr G as I like to call him is Board Certified Plastic Reconstructive Surgeon as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is also the Director of the Plastic Surgery Center Internationalé and The Giampapa Institute for Anti-Aging Medical Therapy in Montclair, New Jersey.

I have been taking for a week and a half now and lost 1" off my waist and 1.5" off my hips.  I have more energy and the Shape is definitely working to curb the cravings.  I don't feel hungry or light headed at all which I have had before with other well known brands ;-) and am actually finding myself able to eat a meal and decide when I've had enough, rather than eating everything on the plate.

I am deliberately not weighing myself as the point of ZEN BODI as I said was fat loss and not weight loss.  Building muscle and losing fat may well lose you weight but it may make you gain weight as obviously muscle is heavier than fat, so let's stick to inches!!!

When was the last time you slept soundly!

Okay so I don't know about you, but since I've had the kids I haven't had a good nights sleep ever.  Waking at the slightest cry in the night or the minutest creak of a door, so when I saw AM/PM Essentials in Jeunesse's range of products I have to admit the thing that excited me the most was the promise of a restful sleep!



It wasn't till I had started taking that I actually took the time to notice there are actually a lot more benefits:

Within days of using AM/PM Essentials I noticed how much better my sleep was at night, I hadn't slept so soundly in almost 10 years.  I woke feeling refreshed and yes I did have more energy during the day and we can all do with that can't we, cause i don't know about you, but there are never enough hours in the day for me!

What surprised me though were the other benefits, you know the ones mentioned above that I didn't even pay attention to at first.  I have had gels, acrylics, silks you name it on my nails over the years and they have never really recovered.  However two weeks in I couldn't believe how healthy and strong my nails were!

I actually had to cut them down as they had grown so much!

The advised dosage is 2 tablets in the morning (AM) and 2 in the evening before bed (PM) however after 2-3 weeks of taking I cut down to 1 of each a day and found the effect to be just as beneficial, and it means they last twice as long! It's all about finding the balance for you. I genuinely feel so much better in myself that I know these will now be part of my daily routine along with LUMINESCE (more on that in my next post, did I promise that last time?!) for a very long time.
